Exness Customer Service — Whom the Question Is Actually For — Nigeria

The same difficulty can belong to five different parties, and only one of them is the broker: the institution that moved the money, the store the application came from, the company that makes the trading program, the network carrying the connection — and the account itself.

Not every question that starts on a trading account is a question for the broker. Four other parties routinely own the answer: the institution that moved the money, the store the application came from, the company that makes the trading program, and the network carrying the connection. The broker owns exactly one class of question — anything recorded against the account itself. Reading your own sentence for the noun that carries the problem usually names the addressee before any message is sent.

Reading your own question to find its addressee

How the question is usually phrasedWho actually answers itWhy it lands there
The money left one side and has not appeared on the otherThe institution that moved it, firstOnly the sending side holds the reference and the state of the movement
The application will not install, or will not updateThe store the application came fromInstallation, versions and regional availability are decided in the store
The program itself behaves oddly on this machineThe company that makes the trading programWindows, menus and functions ship with the program, not with the account
Everything is slow, or drops out and returnsThe network carrying the connectionA carriage problem looks the same whatever account is behind it
This account, these conditions, this orderThe brokerOnly the broker holds the record attached to that account
What happens next timeNo party at allThere is no record of an event that has not occurred

Ownership of an answer moves as evidence appears, and a case often changes hands more than once. Carrying the reference of each reply into the next message is what lets the case continue instead of starting again.

When the same case moves from one party to another

A case rarely stays where it started. A movement of money that looks stuck belongs to the sending institution until a reference exists, and to the broker the moment that reference is in hand. An application that will not open belongs to the store until it opens, and to the account only afterwards.

That is why the reference of each reply is worth keeping. Handing the next party a reference and the exact wording of the previous answer is the difference between a case that continues and a case that restarts. Nothing then has to be explained twice.

The opposite failure is worth naming as well. A case can be closed in the wrong place: an answer from a party that never held the record still reads like a resolution. The test is one question — could the party answering have seen the event at all?

Frequently asked questions

How can I tell that a question is not for the broker at all?
Look for the party that holds the record. If the event happened outside the account — an installation, a movement of money that has not appeared, a connection that dropped — the record sits with whoever handled it, and that is where the answer is.
Where do installation and update problems belong?
With the store the application was obtained from. Availability by region, the version offered and anything charged inside the store are decided there, and the broker holds no record of them.
Which questions can only the broker answer?
Anything recorded against the account: what conditions are attached to it, what the account did, and why one specific order on it was handled the way it was. No other party holds that record.
What belongs to the maker of the trading program rather than to the broker?
How the program looks and behaves — windows, charts, the set of functions and how they respond. What appears inside it as instruments, servers and account settings comes from the broker instead.
Why does the same case sometimes go back and forth?
Because ownership of the answer moves with the evidence. Once one party issues a reference, the next question usually belongs to somebody else, and the case continues rather than restarting when that reference travels with it.

Poor customer support. The customer support process was quite slow and unhelpful, for account verification process took 2-3 weeks as their response is always delayed. Later case was closed without any follow-up
